Working in ink and mixed media, Amena translates these unseen internal dialogues into an abstract visual language through intuitive mark-making, layered gesture, and asemic forms. Neither legible nor bound to a single culture, her works exist in the space between writing and image, inviting viewers to recognise fragments of their own experience rather than read a prescribed narrative.
